These terms cover the LOOPCHii Games website and its interactive NOOK NOOK preview, operated by LOOPCHii Technologies LLC. The preview is an illustration of the upcoming game. It does not create a game account, save your progress, provide a paid service, or reserve a download.

NOOK NOOK is in development for the App Store and Google Play. No release date, final price, free trial, platform approval, or download availability is promised by this website. Features and availability may change as the game is completed. Final purchase terms and the applicable game agreement will be available before you choose to buy or download.
A game, with everyday possibilities
NOOK NOOK’s premise is playful exploration, companions, and small steps toward goals you choose. The website and game are not medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or professional-advice services. Preview examples do not assess you or promise a personal outcome.
Artwork and ownership
NOOK NOOK, Hoshi, LOOPCHii branding, our characters, artwork, and original website content belong to LOOPCHii Technologies LLC or their respective licensors. You are welcome to share a link to this page. Visiting does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute our artwork, impersonate us, or use our brands commercially. Third-party rights and legally permitted uses remain unaffected.
Your permission to explore
You may view and interact with this preview for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, and share links to it. This limited permission does not authorize republishing our art, selling character assets, reproducing the game, or using protected content to train models or construct competing products without written permission, except where applicable law permits. Apple, Google, and purchases
App Store and Google Play references describe planned distribution. They do not mean either platform has reviewed, approved, or endorsed NOOK NOOK. Once the game launches, purchases and subscriptions—if offered—will carry their own clear store disclosures. Deleting a game or account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
Our terms and the stores
LOOPCHii retains ownership of its original game, characters, artwork, and content. These terms govern this website. When the game is released, its applicable LOOPCHii agreement and the relevant store terms will govern the download and purchases. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer rights or platform requirements. Apple’s standard end-user license applies where required unless a valid custom agreement is supplied for the released app.

Families and future availability
This preview is made to be welcoming and readable together. It contains no purchases, advertising, public chat, or account registration.
