Request deletion or ask about information you sent us

Email NookNook@loopchii.com with the subject “NOOK NOOK account or data deletion.” Tell us whether your request concerns website correspondence, a test account, or another NOOK NOOK interaction. If an account is involved, contact us from its associated email where possible.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, or personal journal content. We may ask for limited information to confirm that the request is yours, then explain its scope, timing, and any information that must be retained by law. An email sent is a request, not a confirmation that deletion is complete.

When the game is available

The game is being built with in-app deletion controls for local information and any connected service account. This page will be updated with the final navigation, retention periods, and verified release behavior before public launch. For a test version, contact us if you cannot reach its deletion controls.

Deletion and billing are separate

Deleting an app or account does not automatically cancel a subscription. If you have a store subscription, manage it with the store that bills you: Apple subscription help or Google Play subscriptions. Store transaction records and legally required records may be handled separately from game information.
