This website
You can explore without an account. We do not include advertising pixels, analytics SDKs, a mailing-list form, or tracking cookies. The tiny-adventure choices and motion setting stay in this page’s memory and disappear when you reload or leave.
Netlify hosts this website. Serving and securing a page can involve technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested address, timestamps, and security logs. This is different from collecting your preview choices. See Netlify’s privacy notice for its processing information.
If you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any information you choose to include. We use that information to respond, handle your request, and keep necessary correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, journals, or sensitive personal details.
We do not sell personal information or use this website to build advertising profiles. We may use service providers to host the website or handle correspondence, and disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect people and the service.
NOOK NOOK: the direction we’re building toward
- Personal details stay personal. The game is designed to keep journal text, detailed goals, place notes, and personal reflection on your device.
- Optional services have their own needs. An account, verified purchases, collection entitlements, or encrypted backup may require service-side information. That is not a promise that every part of the game sends zero data.
- No medical promise. NOOK NOOK is a game with everyday planning features. It does not diagnose or treat conditions.
- Clear choices before launch. Available sign-in methods, permissions, hosting providers, retention periods, backup limitations, age requirements, and store privacy declarations will be confirmed against the shipping game.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy, or complain to your local privacy regulator. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We keep correspondence only as needed to handle it and satisfy applicable legal, security, and record-keeping obligations. Website infrastructure logs follow the hosting provider’s retention practices. We will not describe a deletion request as completed before it has been handled.
Children and families
The coming-soon website does not ask visitors to submit personal information. The game’s final age rating and availability will appear in its store listings. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
